On July 9th the Phoenix Warrant Officer Chapter Celebrated the 91st Warrant Officers Corps Birthday. Camp Phoenix, Kabul, Afghanistan. Twenty one Warrant Officers assembled to celebrate the birthday of the Warrant Officer Corps and began the process of organizing the provisional Phoenix Chapter, USAWOA.
